LOGISTICS & DISPATCH PROTOCOL

DIGITAL-TO-PHYSICAL MATERIALIZATION (PROCESSING TIME)

NAGATI does not pull from dusty warehouses. We operate a futuristic, zero-waste manufacturing model. The moment your order is secured, your piece(s) begin the materialization process. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our production facilities to custom-create, inspect, and package your aesthetic.

GLOBAL DISPATCH (SHIPPING TIMES) Once your garment passes our Design Haus quality control, it is immediately handed over to our global logistics network.

  • Domestic (US): Expect arrival within 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

  • International: Arrival times vary by coordinates, typically landing within 10 to 20 business days.

  • Note: Total time from order confirmation to your door is typically 7 to 14 days. Please allow our vendors and partnered warehouses time to correctly fulfill your order.

FRAGMENTED DEPLOYMENT (SPLIT SHIPMENTS)

Because we source the highest quality materials across different specialized facilities—from our heavyweight garments to our Supliful-engineered cosmetics—your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If you receive a package containing only part of your order, do not panic. The rest of your aesthetic is already en route in a separate secure drop.

TRACKING YOUR COORDINATES

Total visibility is standard. Once your items are dispatched, you will receive a transmission to your email with a live tracking link. You can monitor your shipment's exact location as it moves to your destination.

DELIVERY ANOMALIES

If your tracking indicates a successful delivery but your package is missing from your coordinates, please check with neighbors or your building's security first. NAGATI Worldwide cannot be held liable for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery. Ensure your drop location is secure.
