Return & Exchange Protocol

ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION At NAGATI Worldwide, every garment and product is materialized on demand specifically for you. We utilize a zero-waste, digital-first manufacturing model. Because your item is custom-produced the moment your order is initiated, we do not accept returns or process exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please consult the detailed sizing matrices provided on every product page before securing your order.

DEFECTS & ANOMALIES

We stand by our design standard. If your piece arrives compromised—meaning you received a misprinted, damaged, or defective item—we will rectify the issue immediately.

  • Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery timestamp.

  • To initiate a replacement, contact our team at nagatiworldtour@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the anomaly. Once verified, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.

LOST IN TRANSIT

For packages lost within the global logistics network, claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If the carrier tracking indicates the package was delivered to your specified address, NAGATI Worldwide is not liable for stolen or misplaced items following delivery.

INVALID COORDINATES (WRONG ADDRESS)

If a package is returned to our facilities due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be liable for the reshipment costs. Please verify your shipping coordinates before confirming your order.

INTIMATES & COSMETICS

For strict health and hygiene protocols, all intimate apparel (including bodysuits, swimwear, and lingerie) and consumable items (lip aesthetics, supplements) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
