Return & Exchange Protocol

ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION

Return eligibility depends on the product and fulfillment method. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact NAGATI within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right. Made-to-order pieces may not qualify for change-of-mind or sizing returns. Certain curated partner items may have additional return eligibility. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for complete details. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

DEFECTS & ANOMALIES

We stand by our design standard. If your piece arrives compromised—meaning you received a misprinted, damaged, or defective item—we will rectify the issue immediately.

  • Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery timestamp.

  • To initiate a replacement, contact our team at nagatiworldtour@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the anomaly. Once verified, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.

LOST IN TRANSIT

For packages lost within the global logistics network, claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If the carrier tracking indicates the package was delivered to your specified address, NAGATI Worldwide is not liable for stolen or misplaced items following delivery.

INVALID COORDINATES (WRONG ADDRESS)

If a package is returned to our facilities due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be liable for the reshipment costs. Please verify your shipping coordinates before confirming your order.

INTIMATES & COSMETICS

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel, opened cosmetics and other designated personal-use goods are generally final sale for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit remedies available for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe, or where applicable consumer law provides additional rights.

NAGATI MADE TO ORDER

NAGATI made-to-order products are produced specifically after an order is placed. Because these pieces are individually produced, change-of-mind and sizing returns may be limited. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items remain eligible for support under the conditions outlined above.

Each product has its own estimated delivery date based on availability, production, and locations. Please allow the recommended time frame for each product to pass before contacting us about a missed delivery. 

NAGATI Curated products may be fulfilled by global sourcing partners. Estimated processing and delivery times vary by product, destination, and fulfillment location. Please allow the estimated delivery window shown for your order to pass before reporting a delayed shipment. When tracking is available, carrier support may provide additional transit information.
